This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks work for LearnGlish ("Service").
Payments for the Service are processed by Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record. This means Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, taxes (where applicable), and the actual refund transaction back to the original payment method. Paddle's buyer terms may apply in addition to this policy.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
If this is your first purchase of the Service, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial payment date. We generally approve these requests unless we identify fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.
For subscription renewals, we generally do not offer refunds, except where required by applicable law or if the Service was not provided as described due to a material fault.
If you purchase an annual plan and request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, we generally approve it under the first-time purchase rule above. After 14 days, refunds are generally not available except where required by law or for material service failure.
Refunds may be refused if we find evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, repeated refund behavior, or other manipulative activity. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights as a consumer where the Service is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet mandatory consumer protection requirements.
You can request a refund in either of these ways:
If approved, Paddle processes the refund to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment method and bank.
